I know I have had some overheating issues previously on my 3.0 GSP-A, but this is a new unrelated issue it seems Since I repaired the issue with my impeller housing and have had good results for the last few weeks. The new issue came up yesterday. Ran the boat (while on a test ride with a potential buyer) and the temp started to creep up well above where it should b when running above 2000 RPM's. I shut it down and we noticed water had been spraying out of the intake/exhaust manifold outlet that is connected through a small hose to the right side of the t-stat housing...we tightened the clamp and stopped the water flow, and it began to run cooler, but would still get hot if we ran it over 2000 RPM's...one possibility the guys at full performance marine thought of was, while that hose was leaking, air could have been forced into the system creating an air pocket...to them it seems like that would create the condition I was describing (runs cool at or below 2000, runs hot to the point of overheating over that at higher RPM's) does this sound like it could b the issue? If so, how do I bleed the system to get rid of the air pocket? Thanks!

Mistake on my explanation of water leak/flow...water Leak was at the water inlet on the manifolds coming from the right side of t-stay housing
