3.0L Merc normal compression?

Hi all,
I'm wondereing what the normal compression is, in psi, for a 3.0L? I just did a compression test and although my numbers are all within a few psi of each other (which is good), my reading of 180 psi seems too high...

Tim,

Just did a compression test on my 2.5L GM 4cyl. (They are about the same specs) and mine were 175 175 176 and 179. I was told that is excellent compression to have. Hope this helps!
