Ok, stupid question.
This can't be right. The top washer sits on top of the spacer. It does not Seat on the fiber washer. What am I missing? Is the spacer too tall or should the top washer center hole be a larger diameter to fit over the spacer?
I have a spare one and after taking it apart I see that the spacer was crushed flat which isn't correct either.
Manual shows the metal and fiber washers mating
