3.7 L Mercruiser

I have a 3.7 L Mercruiser which has worn grooves on the front nose of the camshaft. I have replaced the 2 impeller seals twice in 2 years. I understand there is a sleeve kit for the cam shaft which is a better alternative than replacing the cam shaft. Where can this be purchased?

I believe these are acquired at automotive machine shops. I think the name is Speedy Sleeve or something similar. I used to own a 190 hp 3.7. Srong motor with a couple of eccentricities !!!
