Sears motors are built by a number of builders.It is difficult to know what that is without a model number.
I would say it is surely the minimum for that boat unless you fish in really quiet watrers.
I would hold out for a more common brand name motor
Evinrude.johnson,Merc,etc.They will be smoother,quieter and parts should be easier to find.
Routine parts for E/J motors are available back to the 1950s.Some right here at iboats or NAPA auto parts.

Looks like an old Eska. Very noisy and shaky. Best bet is a Johnnyrude 4 hp twin cylinder 80's vintage.
