I pulled the small dashboard out under the screen where the switches are to check for any loose fuse and didn't find anything. Any suggestions? Photos would be helpful!

It's 3 months old why not contact the dealer?
The horn and radio in most cases has power full time so long as the Battery switch is on. Check for a fuse near the Battery or follow the horn button back to where it's being fed
