3 part floor redesigned to 1 part section

i have removed my cap ,and do to the fiberglass floor/stringer dance im going to have to do ,i would like to replace the front 1/3 of the floor, in a big 1 section piece -width wise rather than the 3 part floor in front now,,,,then lower my cap on attach it and finnish the back stringers and floor with the cap attached so it lines up correctly............is there any real probloms making the front 1/3 1 piece like that...
