30 Over piston - replacement

Hello all<br />I am buying som new parts to rebuild my 1984 115 inline6 - serial# 6524115. I have found a webshop selling all the parts i need, but I am not able to find a 30 over piston with the correct prod#: 774 - 9096A 1. When I search for this # I get the result: 774-9137A11. My question is; can I use this piston?<br /><br />Sorry all - found out on mercruiser.com that the first prod# has been substituted with the latter - I will do a better search before posting next time <br /> <br />-M-

Mr Norway,<br /><br />You could also try Wiseco pistons.<br /><br />www.wiseco.com<br /><br />Look under 'Outboard Marine' then 'Mercury'. It's a PDF File and is their catalogue. For your engine their go right out to 40 thou over.<br /><br />Chris............
