30hp prop

i have a 30hp evinrude i think i have a spun prop when i accelerate,and start to get a load on it it revs up,let off the gas and idle its ok. cant tell by looking at prop bushing seems to look ok not sure.pushing a 12ft sorenson.

Is this a new developement? Draw a waterproof line across the hub test run and check
the line.
