It's amazing to me that he claims no wrong doing. I'm sure he resisted more than he let's on and I'm sure his jaws were flapping the whole time. Police would not respond in that manner without provocation. You'd think that people would learn to keep their mouth shut and act with respect when a police officer or authority stops you.

I'm sure there are cases where officers use unnecessary force but they are usually provoked. This guy sounds like "poor, poor pityful me" and takes no personal responsibility.

I'm glad he found Jesus and the internet so he can continue playing the victim and convince everyone of his innocence.

Re: ...

Too long to read. I wonder how come I've heard so many complaints about abusive cops in such a small place like Antioch.

One thing I did notice about him is he almost seems ex law enforcement. He takes detailed notes regarding time, who, what, when, and the response. Those are all things you are taught as a LEO.

Re: ...

He does indeed take careful notes.

I hope you are sure he is a wacko, as if even half of what he says is true, there is a big lawsuit coming, and the taxpayers are going to foot the settlement bill.

I skimmed most of it, but it did not seem all that far-fetched to me. Most people will want situations like this to go away, and prudently will make compromises to make sure that happens, but he did not want to do that.

He is either a lying wacko fool, or conciously planning his financial future and early retirement at taxpayer expense.

It is not yet against the law in this country to be eccentric.

Truley misunderstood wacko!
He is truely a wacko.

I'm having reservations about the misunderstood part. Maybe irreproachable and irresponsible would sum him up to a T.

I have to agree with you "Dawg". He's someone who likes to be in the spot light and blame all his problems on everybody else.
