give us the model # to further assist you if you can. As far as the carb/s go, pretty easy! Good luck!

Welch plugs are those little silver discs that need to be removed to clean underneath them. The kit will have replacements discs. You can get the rebuild kit from iboats or you local dealer.

Re: 35 johnson need help

just make sure you remove all core/welch plugs. remove everything you can from the carb/s pryor to soak. Take some pictures as you begin to remove so you have some type of reference for your particular model. I would do 1 at a time if this is yer first carb overhaul. NOTE: Take your time and be methodical about it. One screw up and you will be buying more parts than you need! These carbs are not that difficult to work on, but one mistake can turn into a big headache! If you are not sure of anything while you are preforming tear-down or reassembly, chime in here and ask! I or someone will be more than happy to assist you! After the carb/s have soaked for at least 24 hrs, rinse with fresh water and blow dry all orifices with compressed air. You will have a few extra parts in you overhaul kit that may not fit your carb/s, this is typical so no worries there. Thats enough for now, I don't want to overload you to much! Good luck and post yer results!!
