350 Chevy dripping exhaust?

I have a 1973 Chevy truck with a carb'ed 350. Today I drove about 5 miles and stopped for gas, and noticed my tailpipe was dripping quite a bit of water. I know this is normal on a cold morning but it seems weird after 5 miles on the highway on a warm day. (about 65 outside) Engine should have been about up to temp, although it always runs on the cold side. I have a newer 195 degree thermostat installed. Should I be worried about this?

Nope,

My Explorer has dripped since day one and it now has over 230K miles on it, no problems what so ever and nothing has ever showed up as wrong when it was in to be serviced.

Dirtyoldboat,
That is normal for it to drip water out the exhaust pipe. My 2000 year Chevrolet Dually Crew Cab with 7.4 liter engine does it when I first start it for the day even in warm weather. Weird, you wouldn't think it would do that in warm weather though.

I don't think it matters how warm or cold it is, the exhaust will always be warmer than the outside air. As it cools whatever moisture is in the air will condense on the exhaust. If mine didn't drip, I'd think something was wrong.

Worst one I ever heard of, mufler frozen solid, was only driven short trips, kept in unheated garage.

Most dripping of exhausts is due to the catalytic converter because the byproduct of the catalytic reaction is water. Obviously this is not the case in the OP's truck since he doesn't have one.
