Yes and No! Yes you can -- but you need to connect the charger to each battery individually. No you can't if you connect across the positive and negative 36V lines you get sparks and smoke. Obviously charging each battery individually takes three times as long as it would if you installed a three bank, (10A each) on-board charger. You plug it in at the dock and your done.
