When filling screw hole on the bulkhead, what is the recommended way to keep the 5200 in the hole until it sets

I am using permanent set, 7 day cure

I typically use 5200 fast cure. However with that said I have used it for many non marine uses. You can mix a little soapy water and push it into the hole with your finger and finish it like you would any caulk.

Blue masking tape. If you have the right hole punch, a dot of wax paper will help
the release. GH
