Ayuh,..... If the starter is a straight across bolt pattern, it's the 12" wheel, 153 teeth,....

If the starter is the staggered bolt pattern, it's the 14" flywheel with 168 teeth,....

Your flywheel and ring gear don't know if they are installed in a marine motor or truck motor. Its the EXACT same part.

Thanks, it was off of a marine motor, only thing that I have that wasn't on marine. Is the long block but cam is 260 from marine eng.
I found a ring gear from auto zone and got it all changed out today.
It got it messed up from cracked exhaust matifold and was getting water in cylinder / hydro locking.
Kept cranking on it trying to find my 10 problems I had.lol
I also had water in gas ,carburetor , oil, etc.
When it rains it poors.
Keep dishing out the cash is the name of the game.
This problem s all started after I let my cousin borrow my boat to go catch him some shrimp.
He some how ram out gas, almost sunk it which is how I got the water in gas tank.
Bluh bluh.
