Has anyone used the General Motors 4.3 non balance shaft marine cam part number is 10134321? Wondering what the results were. Thanks for any input

This cam was listed in the GM Performance Parts Catalog the specs are 450/460 224@050 112 centerline duration looks a little big it is listed as a marine cam?
