4.3 Mercruiser 90 wellcraft won't start

I let this thing sit all winter, tried to crank it, just was clicking, replaced the starter, now it turns over but it seems like its not getting any fuel, I unhooked the tube going into the fuel/water separator thing and neither incoming or outgoing tubes had any wetness of gas in them(after I was trying to start it)

How is there a fuel pump somewhere? or how can I see if its working.

I tried finding a manual but not much luck there either.

You can find the service manual for your boat in the adults only post at the top of the catergory.
Was the water seperator empty of fuel?
