4.3L ALPHA 4V PLUS-SERIES 225HP break in guidelines

Having a 4.3L ALPHA 4V PLUS-SERIES 225HP mercruiser remanufactured installed this week. What the “best” recommendations for break in. Thanks in advance

When I did my repower The Engine supplier Wanted me to use Shell Rotella oil for break in. Basically continuously vary rpm limit to 3 k rpm for first 3 hrs limit 4 k next until it has like 7 hrs then could go WOT for brief time varying speed keep doing this until 10 hrs , change Oil and drive it like you stole it.
