engine starts and runs ok,however stream after 5 mins or so,becomes scalding-almost steam.point me in right direction guys pls????

Sounds like some type of restriction. Is it used in salt water? It indicates some sort of blockage of the water not exiting and starts to boil inside head. You could have sucked in silt etc? You have to check water pump. Dont run it with this happening. You will ruin the motor. Good Luck!
