I've never seen a whale tail angled up like that one. I wonder if it works better than the regular ones.
If you run a 3-blade prop you might have better top speed, as mentioned, you can use RPM as a guide to get the right size and pitch for the best top speed if that's what you have as a priority.
The 4-blade with whale tail is for a quick hole shot so that rig must be fun
