Hello,
I was working on a late 1970's vintage Jonhson Seahorse, white in color. It has the built in gas tank and points ignition. Compression on both cylinders is about 110 psi. Both cylinders have spark, and I just installed two new coils. The problem is when running, the top cylinder fires, but the bottom one is dead, it is only running on one cylinder. Anyone have any suggestions as to what could be causing this problem or what to look for. Can't seem to figure this one out. Could it be spark related, it looses spark at higher rpm's? Any other ideas?
Thanx and have a great day,
Rob.
