Was given an older 4 hp thunderbolt II mercury motor. Not sure of serial number but found #247-7932 on fly wheel. Would like to know the aage, does it have reverse, how do you shut off? Any help and info would be appreciated. Wanting to use it as a kicker if any good. Also, anywhere to get an operators manual???
