4 HP year, water pump, and prop inquiry?

I recently purchased a Johnson 4 HP and am not sure of year - think it may be 1981. The Model is J4BRC1C.
Also, when it is running, I don't see any cooling water discharge. Is it air cooled, or does it have a water pump?
The prop is pretty scarred. I would like to know if anyone can point me in the right direction for a good deal (new or used) since I'd hate to pay for a prop what I gave for the motor.
Any help with these questions is much appreciated........

Hi Bennyshep,
It is always a good idea to inspect and maybe change the water pump impeller on a used motor; it is not a hard job.
My dingy motor, 2.5 HP, frequently gets the prop dinged. I just file it smooth every year. Unless you have other symptome such as vibration or no power;
just file it smooth and symetrical.

Thanks for the replies. Can anyone give me a step-by-step on how to change the water pump? I have changed one on a Mercury before and know it shouldn't be too hard, but don't want to break anything since I haven't picked up a manual yet. Thanks.........
