4 stroke ob- 18 vs 25 hp for Zodiac

My first post.<br /><br />I just acquired a 11 ft. Zodiac-like inflatable rated up to 30 hp. I will keep it stored deflated, and use it in Annapolis harbour and close in waters of.<br /><br />Looking at either an 18 or 25 hp Nissan 4 stk. Boat is for light cruising and occassional towing 2 kids on a raft.<br /><br />I have noted that their is a 40 pound delta, 3 cylinder vs. 2, and obviously more torque in the 25.<br /><br />Any thoughts or recommendations?<br /><br />TIA,<br /><br />Gene
