4 winns depth alarm help

I recently acquired a 1999 four winns with VDO instrumentation. I'm guessing the depth sounder is of the same make, which consist of a built in digital display with separate set/mode buttons to the left of the steering wheel. Would like to be able to disable or reset alarm settings in known shallow water or when loading boat on to trailer. Can be quite annoying to all. Any info out there or websites with this instruction. Thanks

All of the depth alarms I know of have a silence feature with the push of a button.
