I got a new to me boat this year and need to sell my old boat. The boat is worth nothing but the 40 hp Big Twin motor and Easy Loder trailer is at least worth something?
The old motor is in good running condition used it for 4 Years, I installed a new impeller a year ago. It still have plenty of power, I even pulled the kids on a tube behind it. The motor paint is a little faded and the trailer needs a new coat of paint. I plan to list it on craigslist but do not know what to ask for it. Some one wants to suggest a possible asking price please.

I'd list it at $400 or best offer, and take anything over $300. If you're willing to get rid of the boat yourself, I'd sell the motor and trailer separate and ask $250 for the trailer and $300 for the motor.

People in the NW are asking 5 bills for that package with unknown engine condition and over a grand with an outfitted running boat.

I paid 250 for a 15' POS boat and turned out to be bad big twin 40 on a good trailer.
