wont start fresh gas ,i have it on a stand and jumping the starter with battery new plugs ,try to see if it had spark but can't see i held the wire and got a small shock ,i took the plugs out and have fuel in them ,motor been sitting 6 month need help ,thanks

Try spark test in a darkened room. If you can't see spark at the spark plugs, then you have other electrical issues: coils, points, condensers, wires.
