I am looking at a 40HP Evinrude made in 1989. It starts up pretty quick and will run rough for about 30 seconds to a minuet. The it just shuts off. I tried reving it up a bit but it stills shuts down after running for about 30 seconds. Is this a fuel issue? Or can anything at all be determined by this description?
