40hp Yahmaha carb/plug settings

I have a 1989 40hp 2 stroke Yamaha model# 40ETLF sat for about 2.5 years wouldn't start at all - took off and cleaned carbs, new plugs started right up but now idles ruff.

Could it be the carb settings, plug gap?

If so, does anyone know the correct settings?

Carb setting is 1 & 1/2 full turns outwards from soft stop .....
