420hp 454 backfiring at 3500 rpm

454 bravo one new longblock with 2 he's on it. Anything about 3500rpm it misses and pops. Idle it runs great. Im thinking timing any insight would be great.

I would think its a fuel delivery issue. Carb, filters, lines, tank, etc...
