43lbs thrust for 19' 2500 lbs bowrider

Hi,

Does someone here knows if 43lbs thrust for a trolling motor bow mounted on a 19' bowrider will be enough? Because I can get one very cheap but I don't want to throw money for nothing. I don't fish in rough water and I do it only 3-4 hours each time. The main purpose of a trolling motor for me is to be stealthy as possible.

Marginal at best but your idea of marginal and mine may be totally different.

I have a 19' Sea Ray (roughly 2500lbs) and run a 55lb thrust and I even think that is marginal. I certainly wouldn't step down to a 43lb, if that helps.
