ATTN DON S. This is to let you know that putting the thermo on top of that sleeve in the old houseing does make a diiference in overheating. I put it in correctly and it runs great now. No overheat problems. Thanks for you insight. This forum has helped me greatly replaceing my block myself. Told wife to finally get bikini ready we're goin boating.
