454 thru hull exhaust

I have just purchased a 30 offshore with fresh 454 Mercruiser/TRS330's.Except for the manifolds and risers there in no exhaust installed.<br />Can anyone fill me in on what is required to complete the exhaust installation in order to provide good flow and prevent any back flow into the engine?<br />Secondly,is there any way of determining the origin of this vessel by the HIN?

At a minimum put some flappers on it... but don't trust 'em, killed a perfectly good engine once...
