I've been chasing a fuel problem on my Grady which just got a repowered with a new long block, but some old assessories, eg. fuel pump. Long story short, It starves for fuel and will stall after warming up. I've checked tank venting, replaced carb, fuel lines, new filter/separater and today a anti-siphon valve. It must be that 15 year old fuel pump.

Is there any problem with my picking one up at NAPA auto parts? they actually gave me the same part number I got from the marina (M60562). I just want to make sure its not one of those marine verison only item.

P.S. I don't see any fuel in the clear overflow line that feeds back to the carb, so I'm guessing the diaphram isn't cracked. Maybe just old and stretched out after all these years...?

There really isn't anything else to replace after this.....

I changed out the anti-siphon valve today but didn't get out of the dock. The winds were up and by myself it was a beeatch controlling in the marina. I tried once but slid sideways so fast, I just backed in (barely missing my neigbor) and tied it off. I'll run it out in a couple days, if the problem persists I put in the napa pump (its a carter).
