What do you experts recomend on a stock cam for a 87 ford 460? I was trying to figure out what a good grind would be. There is a roller set up in it now. Goin to keep that, just want to tune the cam down a bit. Its a little to lopey. thanks.

Two things to look at, first it needs to build power under 5000RPM. Second, you need to keep the LSA(Lobe Seperation Angle) under 112deg or you will suck water from the exhaust back into the engine.
