Hello does anybody have instruction on doing a head gasket with pics . I took my boat out and when I got back I check the oil and it looks milky and my antifreeze was empty but was full when I left the dock and oil was normally . Also I never over heated the day was 96 degrees and temp never went above 170 cruising at 3400 rpm and when I slowed down the temp would drop to about 150 . Have not down a compression test but three weeks ago it was good

Is the weep hole on your engine water pump open? Check to see that it is. If it is antifreeze in the oil, change it now! Do your compression check and a cooling system pressure test (borrow the tools from Autozone).

Ok I will do that I check the weep hole before but never stuck a wire in it to clean it out . Three weeks ago I did a compression test and it was between 145 to 155 so i didn't think head gasket but now with coolant being low and oil not looking normal what else can it be ? Is there something else that could cause this ? if the compression is still good can be it something else . Also is it better to use breaker bar or impact gun to remove bolt for the tear down ? Thanks everybody your help

hello'
I read that if the exhuast manifold is bad that the antifreeze can go out the exhaust . but can it get in to the oil ?
