470 Mercruiser stator to alternator kit

Where can i find an alternator bracket, alternator and wiring harness and instructions for replacing the stator to an anternator in my 470 mercruiser? Do I need to remeve the water cooled voltage regulator?

Any direction would be great.

I did find a company that sells the alternator kits for the 470 mercruiser for $288.00 or $318.00 with shipping. I installed it on my 470.
