I traded my Nissan 3.5hp for a nice 4hp Mercury. Had a few problems at first with the 4 but all seem ok now. I cant under stand WHY the Nissan would plain our little 9ft. inflatable with one person out very nice. The little Merc will not even come close to doing that. I was really let after reading all the hipe over the years about the extra power the oldMercs had. 1971, 1cyl, aluminm two blade prop, serial # 3030273. Any one have clue?
