Does a anybody know if the trans/transfercase from a bronco fit my f150

Mine: '87 f150 2wd 5.0

Parts truck '88 bronco

Also would $300 for the front ttb setup be a good price, everything is included. (all suspension parts)

Thanks for any help.

If the motors are the same, the transmission and transfer case should mate up. However, the suspension parts are another matter. I think Ford used entirely different front suspension layouts for 2WD and 4WD trucks.

I have owned both the vehicles you are talking about, more than once.. I can tell you from experience, it is cheaper to buy what you want, not an easy conversion at all..

It can be done, (don't ask me how I know! :() But as I said, it would be cheaper to buy an 87 4x4 pickup than try to do the conversion..

I'd put a straight axle under the front, it's an easy conversion, there's a couple shops around here do it all the time. The ford ifs is junk.
