That thang looks pristine, man. It appears to be an early middle eighties with a Tecumseh engine, Eska leg. Get the model # from the inside lower engine cowl on the starboard side, and plug it into a model search here;

This is really best used to get part numbers, you want to get parts from Certified Parts corporation. They bought all Tecumseh's old stock when Tec went tits up. You have to call them, though. You can also get parts other places, like

Do not pay $25 for a friggin' pumpeller, pay $15 for the one labeled Mercury/Mariner #18-3054. Do not run that motor without a functional pump, you will barbeque the engine. It doesn't squirt water, it spews a mist of water and exhaust. If your engine has points, and you don't want to have to fool with them, you can substitute one of these little suckers;

MahtyMant, Thanks for the useful info instead of a smart *** remark. I just found the model number and serial number. It runs great and thanks for the info on the pump. It does spit a water exhaust mixture. That kinda worried me at first. Was expecting more flow.But motor was real cool.Can you tell year from those numbers? Thanks. It is super clean hardly a mark on it.

You said,
I like to know the model number and year thanks alot for any help

I didn't mean to sound smart, sorry for that I just figured you must be a disabled person to ask such a question and I said,
do you mean that you can't look it over for the model no.?
if you had said no I'm in a wheel chair busted up and can't bend over or I'm nearly blind and have no one to help me or the model plate is missing I would have told you it was 85-86 model, to expect someone to eyeball a picture on a outboard which is obviously pristine and guess at your model number does not make sense to me :)

I was able to consolidate all of the Sears no. above 217-586 using the search function at sears, these are 1985-86 7.5-15hp

All Sears Outboards with model numbers 217.586000 and above where built by Eska Outboard in 1985 - 1986. Eska closed and stopped production in 1986.
