5.0 lx mercruisers exhaust question

I noticed that one of my outdrives had significantly more exhaust bubbles than the other.I just had all bellows replaced on both.The one with less exhaust bubbles runs at a slightly higher temp.Any thoughts will be appreciated.

you didn't say what year,model or anything,,,, if it is a merc then you may have a shutter sticking in the exhaust of the engine that is running hot...........good luck
