SeaHorse 5 1/2 HP, CD-18 Ser# 2148389. Asked before, and can't find the paper I wrote it on! Thanks in advance.

Thanks Paul...great site. I sometimes (ha!) forget the old Google thinghy, and the many sites pertaining to all things outboard. This motor is missing the front "carb" cover (don't know what else to call it-where the mixture screws come through, and need some seals in the lower. Picking up water. Also it will fire right up if I squirt a little gas in the carb, but choking alone it will just not start. I'll work on it over the winter. Thanks again
