Well the first thought is quit doing that. You will destroy the motor, if you haven't already.

Have you considered checking the water pump?

The water pump seems to be working find. I did see some water leaking from the screws on the side of the motor head. What do you think casket may be?

When was the impeller last changed?? How do you know the pump is functioning properly? Does that motor have a t stat? Sounds like you have a leak in the water line or at a grommet, not allowing the cooling water to reach the power head. You will need to find the source of that leak. Exactly where is it ?

How do you actually know it's overheating? Is the head too hot to touch? Might it be another issue?

Is there a water exit on that engine? Is there water coming out and then it stops?
