5 hp sea king what year is it

VWB-19072 S/N is 46X-12730 <br /><br />I believe this is a chrysler made engine. I need to know what year it is and the best place to find ignition parts for it. I am not getting any spark to this motor. Also, what is the proper oil/gas mix for this engine?<br /><br />Thanks in advance,<br /><br />Mike

VWB-19072 is a 1964 5.5HP built by West Bend.<br />I believe fuel-oil is 16:1.

Your best bet for parts for your old Sea King is discount-marine-parts.com (add a www. in front). They're quite good at digging up parts for older outboards, especially store brand ones.
