5 hp sears motor need info

i have a sears boat motor has tag with #217-5899 serial #103464 need to know what year and is gas and oil mix ,what is ratio ?

Your motor code seems to have one number missing, but it could be a Eska 1970 or 1971 5hp with a 24:1 mix.

thanks kieth-uk and yes i did forget one # the right #217-58990,I was told the motor was a 5 hp could you tell if that's correct
