5 pin harness New boat & Trailer

What has anyone done W/the 5 pin Sureload trailer to their vehicle's W4 pin factory harness? 06 Liberty tow vehicle. Thanks!

Found an adapter @ Advanced Auto & installed, checked W/VOM all ok Real test is FRI when we pick up the NEW H190!!!!!
