just replaced rectifier and both coils. had fire at plugs to start, now no fire. could I have blown the power pack? possibly from the other new parts? drawing a blank here.

Check your wiring again.

wired it one at a time. motor fired once after replacement parts, then no fire at plugs. yellow wires at rectifier can go either way. right?

two yellow, one red. no distinguishing mark or position. have tried it both ways, same result
