50 hp 4 stroke wont stay running

Ok so i bought this boat from a guy that let it sit for 4 years 99 50 big foot
I get it home fires right up on muffs
I ran it in the driveway 10 mins then i flushed tank and started over with fresh fuel ran good and fired right up every time till it got in the water started right away idol ok for a min then died now i kept trying to get it to run but it got worse as I keep trying now wont even start checked spark is good carbs prob need rebuild but would all fall out at same time?
bowls are full of fuel just not shure where to go next

I would start with the basics plugs and give the carbs a good cleaning.

Ok got to work on it again this weekend
pulled carbs soked and gave a good cleaning (looked spotless but got cleaned never the less) blew out with compresser new plugs and same thing tries to go but won't run on it's own pulled plugs and all 4 soaked has spark but looks week to me jumped 7/8 gap on tester but not blue hot snap like on my johnson week spark? not sure opinions welcome
