I have a 50 hp Johnson 1997 and the other day as my tank neared half my engine started cutting out while at wot. I noticed that if I pumped the primer bulb then it would run fine for about 10 or 15 minutes then the bulb would get soft and i would have to pump it again. runs fine at off plane speeds. I also haved to pump up the bulb the next day if I want to start it because it looses pressure. I am thinking that it is just something with the fuel lines and not the fuel pump. What do you think? Would appreciate the help!
