Hi, I was wondering if I could put a 50 hp Johnson on my Sea Flea. It has a half inch plywood transom and I didn't know if it would work or should I reinforce it with another piece of quarter inch mahogany. My friend Gus says it will work as long as I keep it at three quarter throttle. <br /><br />thankyou for the input.
